New: Enrollments Decline at U.S. Institutions

There is a significant decline in applications and enrolments of international students in U.S. universities and colleges for the first time since 2003. It seems the new immigration policies of the United States make the international students think twice before coming to the U.S. to study. While they are rarely affected by the policies directly, their perception of the country as a welcoming one for students and scholars has been influenced by them.
