How universities can cultivate creativity in their students

We should reform the higher education system so it works in harmony with the human brain, enhancing its ability to think creatively. Some suggest that we are moving in the wrong direction, wanting students to come up with the same solution to a certain problem over and over again. The goal of the education at universities could rather be seeing how differently each student could approach the same issue.
