English universities in trouble if fee cap stays on

English universities can cope with the freeze in tuiton fees for two years, but there will be consequences if the funding is not increased. Universities are set to become more and more reliant on the fees international students (mainly from China) pay. This factor along with others like Brexit, increasing domestic and global competition, etc. may cause financial difficulties for some institutions in the country.
