Malaysia: Universities’ crippling cuts are partially reversed

The newest ranking of U.S. News is out: the US leads the list having taken the four top spots. It features 221 institutions on the list out of 1.250. China follows with 136 institutions, then Japan (76), the United Kingdom (73) and Germany (58.). Oxford University ranks 5th while the University of Cambridge is 7th. Apart from the two British institutions, the rest of the top 10 are all from US.
